Wash the pepper and cut down into thin-thick slices, Cut paneer into thick slices of triangular shapes. Mash the boiled potatoes and season with salt, chilli powder, garam masala and chaat masala.
Put a big spoon full of mashed potato masala on a bread slice and spread generously. Place two paneer slices in between, topped with pepper ring. Season with pepper powder.
Spread a spoon of tomato ketchup onto a bread slice and cover the other slice. Cut the sandwich into two parts in triangular shape.
