Steps to cook Chilli Mushroom Gravy Recipe | Mushroom Chilli in Gravy Recipe
Wash all the vegetables and cut mushrooms, onions, tomato and pepper into cubes of approx. 1 inch. Keep it aside.
Heat a spoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan, and add all the vegetables to the pan. Sprinkle shredded green chili, ginger, garlic and season the veggies with salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
Now add ketchup and soya sauce and mix well to coat all the vegetables with sauces. Meanwhile mix corn flour in water and make thin starch for adding gravy to the dish.
Now add the starch to the pan and mix very well so that no lumps are formed and cook at medium flame till the gravy gets thicker.
Once the gravy comes to a boil and takes thick consistency, close the flame and transfer the dish to serving bowl.
Garnish the dish with thin green chilli and cabbage strands and serve hot with fried rice or naan.
